Returns Policy

  • You may return, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  If the return is a result of our error such as you received an incorrect or defective item, etc, Lure Fishing for Bass will pay the return shipping costs.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within two days of your package being returned to Lure Fishing for Bass.  We will refund the PayPal account or Credit Card that was used for the purchase.
  • If a rod is broken during usage, you will need to contact the lure rod manufacturer.  Lure Fishing for Bass can assist you with the process by providing contact details and even Japanese language support.
  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • If you checked our as a guest, please email us or use the contact form.  Please quote the order number that we emailed you and is also on the printed invoice included with the order.
